A.結婚登記（受理機關：臺灣戶政事務所）：Marriage Registration :

一、在國內結婚者：

(1)結婚書約

(2)外國籍配偶之身分證明文件及經駐外館處驗證之婚姻狀況證明及中文譯本(中

文譯本得由公證人認證)及取用中文姓名聲明書

(3)戶口名簿

(4)國民身分證、印章。

1. Applicants marrying in the R.O.C.: 

1) Marriage certificate; 

2) Identification Cards of foreign spouses and marital status certificates with Chinese translation (needs to be notarized inspected by R.O.C. foreign missions; and to submit his/ her Chinese name declaration 

3) household certificate; 

4) R.O.C. Identification Cards and seals.

二、在國外結婚者：

(1)經駐外館處驗證之結婚證明文件及中文譯本 

(2)戶口名簿

(3)國民身分證、印章

(4)外國籍配

偶之身分證明文件

(5)外國籍配偶未能隨同國人返國辦理登記者，須另附經駐外館處驗證之外籍配偶取用中文姓名聲明書。

2. Applicants marrying abroad: 

1) wedding certificates with Chinese translation inspected by R.O.C. foreign missions; 

2) household certificate; 

3) R.O.C. Identification Cards and seals; 

4) Identification Cards of foreign spouses; 

5) if the foreign spouses are unable to return to the R.O.C. with their R.O.C. spouses, the foreign spouse is to submit his/ her Chinese name declaration inspected by R.O.C. foreign missions.

※ 國人與外交部公告之特定國家人士結婚，須先於外籍配偶之原屬國完成結婚登記後，備齊結婚證明文件及中文

譯本向駐外館處申請面談，於通過面談後，再持憑上揭在國外結婚者之相關證明文件辦理結婚登記。

* Where an R.O.C. citizen marries a national of any of the specific states announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the R.O.C. citizen shall complete marriage registration in the state of his or her spouse, and subsequently apply to the foreign mission for interview by submitting the marriage certificate and a Chinese translation thereof. After the interview, the R.O.C. citizen shall apply for marriage registration in Taiwan by submitting the above documents

B.外僑居留證（ARC） Apply for Alien Residence：

（受理機關：臺灣內政部移民署各直轄市、縣(市)服務站）：

持停留期限在 60 日以上，且未經簽證機關加註限制不准延期或其他限制之有效簽證入國者：

Holder entry visa granting more than 60 days per entry with no restriction on extensions by issuing authorities: 

(1)填寫外僑居留證申請書 1 份，繳交最近 1 年內正面半身彩色相片 1 張(同國民身分證相片規格)。

(1) Fill out one set of Alien Residence Application Forms 

and submit one recent frontal-view color photo. (Refer to the photograph specifications required for the renewal of national ID cards)

(2)護照及停留簽證正、影本 1 份(正本驗畢歸還)。

 (2) Submit one original and one copy of the Passport and residence visa (original copy will be returned after inspection). 

(3)自檢查之日起 3 個月內有效之健康檢查證明。(在國外辦理健康檢查者，其證明須經駐外館處驗證) 

(3) Health examination record within the past 3 months (health examination done abroad 

should be inspected by R.O.C offices) 

(4)自核發之日起 1年內之原屬國全國性刑事紀錄證明（須含最近 5 年內之紀錄），

但不得逾該證明所載之有效期限。（須經駐外館處驗證，並

得要求檢附經駐外館處驗證或國內公證人認證之中文譯本）

(4) National criminal record certificate issued by the native country within one year 

(the certificate should contain records of the most recent five years). Notwithstanding, the period covered by the records may not exceed the expiry date of the certificate. (The certificate shall be verified by the foreign mission. A Chinese translation certified by the foreign mission or a notary public in Taiwan may be required as the case may be.)

(5)申請居留事由之相關證明文件，例如我國籍配偶辦妥結婚登記之戶口名簿或身分證正、影本(正本驗畢歸還)。

 (5) Certificate documents for the application for residence visa stating reasons, such as completion of household certificate for marriage registration with a spouse bearing the citizenship of R.O.C., or national ID cards are to be enclosed, 1 original, 1 copy (Original copy will be returned after inspection) 

(6)居留地址證明文件。

(6) Residence address certificate documents 

一、歸化國籍申請書（外籍配偶本人親自臨櫃申請，電腦列印申請書）及最近 2 年內所拍攝正面半身彩色相片 1

張（同國民身分證相片規格)。

1.Application for Nationality Naturalization (apply at the counter in person with a computer printed application) and one frontal-view color photo taken in past 2 years (refer to the photograph specifications required for the renewal of national ID cards)

二、合法有效之外僑居留證或外僑永久居留證(居留期限屆滿前 30 日內，請先申請延長居留期限)。

2.Legal and valid Alien Residence Certificate or Permanent Residence Certificate (If expiring, please extend at least 30 days prior to expiration of the certificate).

三、歸化取得我國國籍者基本語言能力及國民權利義務基本常識認定標準第 3 條所定之證明文件之一：

3.Certificate of the Basic Language Command and one of the certificates required in Article 3 of Standards for Identification of Basic Language Abilities and Common Sense 

of National Rights and Duties of Naturalized ROC Citizens:

(1)曾就讀國內公私立各級各類學校 1 年以上之證明。

a.Proof that he/she has studied in a domestic public or private school for at least one year.

(2)曾參加國內政府機關所開設之課程上課總時數或累計時數達 72 小時以上之證明。

b.Proof that he/she has participated for more than 72 hours in an educational program offered by government agencies.

(3)參加歸化取得我國國籍者基本語言能力及國民權利義務基本常識測試合格之證明，60 分以上；年滿 65 歲

以上者，50 分以上。

c.Proof that he/she has passed the test on basic language abilities and general understanding of the rights and duties of naturalized ROC citizens, scoring 60% or better; or 50% for those over the age of 65.

四、我國籍配偶於國內未設有戶籍且未辦妥結婚登記者，須檢附結婚證明文件（在國外作成者須經駐外館處驗證；

為外文者，應檢附經駐外館處驗證或國內公證人認證之中文譯本）、外國籍配偶及我國籍配偶之國籍身分證明文件，

於國內結婚者另繳附外國籍配偶經駐外館處驗證之婚姻狀況證明及中文譯本。

4.Household certificate which contains the registration of marriage with an R.O.C. spouse (original copy will be returned after inspection). Where the R.O.C. spouse is 

without registered household in Taiwan and fails to complete marriage registration, the marriage certificate (if the marriage certificate is issued overseas, it shall be verified and certified by the foreign mission. In the event the marriage certificate is in foreign language, a Chinese translation certified by the foreign mission or a notary public shall be submitted.) as well as the national identification certificates of both the foreign spouse and R.O.C. spouse shall be submitted. In the event that the said marriage takes place in Taiwan, the marriage status certificate and a Chinese translation therefore which are certified by the foreign mission shall also be submitted.

(自申請日起往前推算，須合法居留繼續 3年以上，且每年有 183日以上之居留事實)： (with more than 3 years of legal residence and at least 183 days per year from the day of application)：

*Certificate of Abdication of the Original Nationality issued by a foreign embassy, consulate or authorized representative agency stationed in the R.O.C. shall be verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If it is produced abroad, the certificate shall be verified and certified by an R.O.C. embassy or foreign mission, and re-verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. If the documents are in a foreign language, their Chinese translation copies shall also be verified, re-verified or notarized by a notary public in the ROC.

※ 應於許可歸化之日起，1 年內提出喪失原有國籍證明，送內政部核備。若無法於前揭期限內提出喪失原有國

籍證明，應於屆期前 30 日內，檢附已向原屬國申請喪失原有國籍之相關證明文件申請展延。經外交部查證因

原屬國法律或行政程序限制屬實，得同意其展延。展延屆期仍未繳附喪失原有國籍證明者，內政部將撤銷歸

化許可。另未提出喪失原有國籍證明前，不予許可定居。

*Certificate of Abdication of the Original Nationality shall be submitted to the MOI within the first year of naturalization approval. If the certificate cannot be obtained in time, all relevant documents proofing abdication certificate application is in process shall be submitted 30 days prior to the first year submission deadline for an extension.Upon verification by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirming cause being a legal or administrative limitation, a submission extension shall be granted. Failure to submit within the extended period could cause MOI revoking naturalization approval and citizenship status will not be granted.

D.申請喪失原屬國國籍：Apply for Abdication of the Original Nationality:

※ 有關申請喪失原屬國國籍事宜，請逕向原屬國政府或駐我國使領館或授權代表機構洽詢。

E.取得喪失國籍證明文件:

一、臺灣地區居留證(驗畢歸還)。

二、喪失原屬國籍證明文件(外國駐我國使領館或授權代表機構出具之喪失原有國籍證明文件，應經外交部複驗；

在國外製作者，應經駐外館處驗證及外交部複驗，其中文譯本應併同驗證、複驗或由國內公證人認證)。

2.Abdication Certificate of the Original Nation (Certificate of Abdication of the Original Nationality issued by a foreign embassy,

 consulate or authorized representative agency stationed in the R.O.C. 

shall be verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

If it is produced abroad, the certificate shall be verified and certified by an R.O.C. 

embassy or foreign mission, and re-verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

If the documents are in a foreign language, their Chinese translation copies shall also be verified, re-verified or notarized by a notary public in theROC.
